Support
Effective 9 September 2026
For account, connection, billing, privacy, or security help, email support@alfredpierce.com. Include your workspace name, the affected service, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer content.
1.Connect a service
Sign in to the Alfred dashboard with your invitation and choose the available connection you want to add, or follow the connection request generated for your task. An administrator may need to approve access.
- OAuth: review the requested permissions on the provider’s consent screen, choose the correct account and resources, and authorise only the access you want to grant.
- API keys: create a restricted key at the provider and enter it only in the secure credential form. Where requested, provide the exact account or regional API address.
- Gmail and other mailboxes: follow the mail connection instructions. A Google Workspace connection alone does not connect Gmail. App-specific passwords depend on your mail provider and account eligibility.
- Browser or custom tools: connect only services and destinations you trust. An authenticated browser may retain its session so Alfred can continue the task.
Check the data disclosures and processing providers before authorising. If a service is unavailable, contact support; a mention in a policy is not a promise that it is enabled.
2.Control the work
Tell Alfred the task, intended destination, and relevant limits. Review standing routines because they can run while you are offline. If access fails, check your account’s permissions and ask an administrator before reconnecting. Avoid creating broader credentials merely to bypass an error.
3.Disconnect or delete
Use our data deletion instructions to stop access, revoke provider credentials, remove stored data, or close a workspace. Cancelling a subscription and deleting data are separate requests; tell us if you want both.
4.Report a security concern
Email support@alfredpierce.com with the subject “Security report”. Describe the affected feature and how to reproduce the issue without including secrets or other people’s private information. If a credential may be exposed, revoke it at its provider promptly.
