Your data, your choice
Delete your data
Effective 9 September 2026
You can remove one connection’s data or request deletion of your entire Alfred workspace. You do not need to connect another account or grant additional permissions to make a request.
1.Stop future access
Remove the relevant connection in the dashboard where a removal control is available, or ask support@alfredpierce.com to remove it. Stop any associated standing routines. Also revoke access with the provider:
- Google and YouTube: open Google Account connections and remove Alfred’s access.
- Gmail app passwords: revoke the dedicated password in your Google Account security settings. This is separate from removing Workspace OAuth access.
- Slack, monday.com, and other OAuth apps: use the provider’s installed-app or integration settings to remove or revoke the app. Your account administrator may need to do this.
- Telegram: block or remove the bot to stop receiving messages and request deletion of Alfred’s stored copies using the email below.
- API keys and custom connections: revoke or rotate the dedicated key at its issuer as well as removing it from Alfred.
- Browser sessions: sign out or revoke the relevant session with the website, and ask support to clear Alfred’s stored browser session for that connection. Removing an API connection does not necessarily sign out a browser.
Removing access prevents new authorised use of that connection. It does not undo completed actions, delete all saved task results, or automatically close your workspace.
2.Request deletion
Email support@alfredpierce.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your workspace name, the email associated with your account, the provider involved, and whether you want that connection’s data or the entire workspace deleted. If you want cancellation of billing too, say so.
We verify your identity and authority before removing information. We will not ask you to email a password or API key. If you are a correspondent or other person whose data was processed in someone else’s workspace, describe the relevant interaction; we can help route the request to the responsible organisation.
3.What the request covers
A connection-data request covers associated stored content, attachments, extracted memories, summaries, search indexes, credentials, and relevant metadata, including copies held by processors, subject to applicable legal and provider rules. A workspace request covers the whole workspace. We explain any specific record we must retain, the reason, and the applicable retention period.
We aim to complete verified general workspace deletion within 30 days. Shorter provider deadlines apply: monday.com data within 10 days of deauthorisation, deactivation, uninstall, or termination unless you separately consent in writing to longer retention; Slack data within 14 business days of app removal or discontinuation; and user-requested YouTube API data deletion within seven calendar days where that feature is enabled. See the retention policy for backup handling and exceptions. We respond to privacy requests within one month or the legally required period and explain any permitted extension.
4.Copies outside Alfred
Deletion from Alfred does not delete original emails, files, posts, or business records in your connected accounts, or copies you already sent to recipients. Use the relevant provider’s controls to manage those copies. For questions or a request update, contact support@alfredpierce.com.
